Refund policy

Return policy
Our return policy is 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is possible (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or record that has been opened
Items that are not in original condition, damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be posted.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at management@toca.site.

Sold out items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sold out items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at management@toca.site and send the item to: Toca Product Design UG, Moosdorfstr. 7-9 12435 Berlin, Germany.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different lengths of time for the exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item for more than $75, you should use a trackable shipping carrier or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
