A slim RFID blocking passport sleeve made with X-Pac® for travel and everyday carry. It is designed to block RFID signals when the passport is closed inside the sleeve.


The TOCA Passport Shield is built for travel in a world of contactless tracking.

Modern passports contain RFID chips that can transmit data wirelessly at close range. The Passport Shield uses a conductive shielding layer to block RFID signals when the passport is closed inside the sleeve.

This is passive shielding.
No batteries.
No electronics.
No signal jamming.

The outer shell is made from X-Pac® high-performance laminate. It combines a water-resistant face, reinforced X-Ply structure, and durable backing layer. The result is a sleeve that stays lightweight, shape-retaining, and durable through regular travel, packing, and daily handling.

Its slim profile fits standard international passports and slides easily into jacket pockets, travel bags, or carry-on compartments.

TOCA uses a certified EMF shielding textile. The integrated shielding layer blocks RFID and NFC signals at the contact surface. Mobile, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS signals are not blocked.
